My family and I have lived in Texas since 1993 and have lived in Round Rock since 1997. All of my kids graduated from McNeil High School and two were Marlin Swim Team swimmers. I like to read, bird watch, watch old Cary Grant movies, hike, listen to good music and just spend quality time with my husband and three kids.
I have worked at Brushy Creek Veterinary Clinic since February 1998. I am the office manager and periodically a technician. I enjoy working here and meeting new people and their pets. I have known many clients over the years and have come to consider many my friends.
Dr. Naylor and Dr. Pratt are great to work with. They both have a good work ethic and keep up to date on new medical treatments. I highly recommend them to any who are looking for a new doctor.
I have lived in Texas my entire life. My husband and I bought our first home in Hutto in 2005. We enjoy our two small dogs, Penny and Scooter, and our cat Lula. We have recently had our first baby, Lillian in December 2008. She keeps us laughing and excited about the new things she will learn next. Being a technician for 10 years has taught me a lot and I look forward to seeing what the next day will bring.
My wife and I moved from Washington state to Texas in 2005. We have two cats, Barney and Maggie, and one dog, Bart. I have always had a great passion for working with animals and BCVC gives me that opportunity to do so. Everyday is a new day to learn something interesting and new in the field of Veterinary medicine.
Although not originally from Texas we consider it home. We lived in Arkansas for almost 10 years while my husband of 18 years served his country at Little Rock Airforce Base. We have two teenage children, two cats and two dogs. I spent 12 years as a nurse and decided that I wanted a change of pace and work with animals. I haven't regretted the decision yet. I continue to learn new things every day. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, and volunteering in my spare time with a local foster care agency.
I am the most recent addition to the staff here at BCVC. I’ve had the wonderful privilege of being a stay-at-home mom to my children, Sean and Julia, for the past 12 years. Our family also includes a cat named Rosie, a gerbil named Peachy and we hope to acquire a rescue dog sometime in the near future. Our days typically revolve around church and kid’s activities including football, band, soccer, and Girl Scouts. We also go camping as a family several times a year. If there is any spare time left, I like to relax with a good book.
I have been working part-time at the clinic since July 2006, and couldn't ask for a better environment to work in. I am also a full-time student at Austin Community College (insert this as a link: austincc.edu) working to complete my undergraduate studies before going to vet school. My whole life revolves around the zoo of animals I've collected at my home along with all the stray/homeless animals that seem to find me!
I was born and raised in Austin Texas. I've heard that's rare seeing as how Austin has attracted so many new people from all parts of the country. I have a 5 year old son named Gabriel who is my pride and joy. This year, we both started school. I went back to college and he started pre-k. In my free time I enjoy going to the park with Gabriel, throwing a BBQ with friends and family and reading. I love to sing and dance and I try to laugh everyday.
I have been a Texan all my life. I have worked for UPS since 1997 and have worked here part-time since August of 2009. I have a twelve year old Dachshund named Ozzie, a one year and four month old Calico Persian/Munchkin named Precious, and a fifteen week old Munchkin/Himalayan kitten named Smokie. When I'm not busy working at UPS and here at the vet clinic, I spend time with my family, animals, and friends. I enjoy visiting my home town in La Grange when I get the chance to. Life is good and I try not to take anything for granted
